Manufacturing/Process Engineer
High growth company located in the CT valley area is seeking an aggressive, innovative, self-starting individual to join our Operations team. You will join the Operations Team and support on-going initiatives such as:
- Manufacturing Process Improvement/Productivity
- Define optimum capital equipment operating parameters
- Update and Maintain Labor Standards
- Material Non-Conformance, Scrap and Rework Reduction
- Product Structure Development and Producibility Analysis
- Overall Quality Focus
You will interface and work closely with all levels of our manufacturing team as well as the rest of the service organization. This position requires a minimum of a 2-year Associate Degree (electro/mechanical) with related work experience or a 4-year college degree in a technical discipline.
